~blue-seme and I had a nice, but very brief discussion about plot for my Khail x Teri doujin. :3 I typed up a few different basic plotlines, but I'll run this one by people first. (it's not quite what we discussed, Madison, but I'm working on fleshing that one out right now~)

OKAY. ARE. YOU. READY?! 8D

Teri's aunt has married a very rich British man. Because he's super awesome and really kind of nuts, he gives Teri full ride to his fancy new private English boarding school in Luxor (or Cairo. I need to do research). She refuses to go without Khail, so they go together (Khail is also paid for). they are together mostly for moral support. I'm pretty sure there wouldn't be too many other Egyptian kids at a private British school, unless they have lots and lots of money or got strings pulled for them.

Khail joins the football (soccer) team, and quickly rises to the top, and is even named the team captain. Teri cheers him on at every game, and their close relationship continues. Eventually, Khail's ego gets a big too big, and he gradually starts hanging out with Teri less and less and keeps blowing her off to go hang out with the soccer kids (and their fangirling entourage). Teri doesn't mind at first, but when Khail fails to even speak to her during the day, she gets worried and upset, but doesn't do anything about it, because she's kind of happy for him.

Teri is very bad with being social and stuff, so she has very few friends, and none of them are terribly close to her, in comparison to the relationship she had with Khail. She eventually becomes depressed, and drifts off into being a total loner at school, and she gets really upset and sad whenever she thinks about Khail as her friend. To make matters worse, Khail starts seeing Hannah on a regular basis, and they're kind of the "it-couple" or whatever. Teri explodes on him and tells him he's a jerk or something and that she doesn't even know why she was ever friends with him, and then runs off crying...Khail is hurt by it, but he's also really mad at her for being silly...or something.

They don't talk to each other for over a whole school year, and their second year slowly rolls around. Teri has become much more stable emotionally and has a few friends again. She decided to just move on, and to forget it. But Khail injures himself/ruins a game that soccer season, and he has to be laid-off the team. Then it's Khail's turn to spiral into near nobody-ness, Hannah (or some other girl) dumps him at this point, and he feels like poop. :C

He tries to reconcile with Teri, but she tells him she doesn't want to be a fair-weather friend, and tells him to go away. Khail is broken-hearted, because he figured that Teri would be the one person he could always turn to or fall back on.

They continue the silent treatment to one another for some time, but both feel guilty and sad about hurting the other so badly. So Khail bakes Teri a really pretty cake for her birthday, and brings it to school. This embarrasses the hell out of her, but also Khail, because no one (except Teri) knew he could bake / even wanted to. So together they fall to the bottom of the high-school-clique-chain, and they try to mend their broken friendship. and then it goes all fluffy and cute and stuff and they get back together, but better this time. o3o

the climax is pretty lame(CAKE!!!), but they're both pretty lame throughout the story themselves, so it kind of fits with them. I think. Maybe the climax should be like. "I BAKED YOU THIS CAKE BECAUSE I LOVE YOU AND I'M A TOTALLY ARROGANT JERK AND I'M SORRY. ;A; will you be my best fwend again pwease??" lulz.

this is only one plot idea. I like this one, but it has a lot of holes and it's a pretty cliche and geeky love story. (which is pretty okay by me. <3) and it'd be shorter, which means less work overall for me. C:

oooh. I want Rami to bitch Khail out too.... 8D

The one Madison and I discussed involved Khail and Teri being separated for a while, and they don't really recognise each other sort of thing, and Teri joins the soccer team or something and they start to be friends again or whatever, and she is kind of looked down on because she's the only girl on the soccer team (they are in Egypt, remember) and so she has a really tough time socially and stuff. yep. working on that one yet. Teri's uncle is awesome. I wanna go to some big British boarding school for free! D8
